CANCELLATION BY MAALGAADI
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged or bank account has been debited, the said amount will be reversed back in your Credit Card or Bank Account as applicable within 10-14 working days.
CANCELLATION BY USER
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed / approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. In case the order has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled.
MAALGAADI insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by MAALGAADI and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
TAXES & DUTIES
For Deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
• MAALGAADI shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased goods caused due to any reason, which is beyond its reasonable control.
• In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the Users in entering their details (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number), we will have to resend the order. The extra cost towards re-delivery shall be paid by the User and the Delivery Time shall be extended.
• We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.
• Our Delivery Partners will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility on the Website.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
MAALGAADI DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
A) DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE/WRONG SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS
Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier. In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt to logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the products. In case the product is with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact/email at “firstname.lastname@example.org” within 48 Hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.
Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
• An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
• If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects, after that our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary action.
The product must be received within 10 days from the date of advice by Customer Service Department. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
B) INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADRESS We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
C) COLOURS We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on Ogaan as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.
D) SIZE CHANGE ISSUE

If you would like a different size in the same style of clothing that you have purchased, you will need to
• For an exchange you must notify MAALGAADI within 24hrs of receipt of the product
• To notify MAALGAADI, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your exchange request.
Please include your order details (Order number/ order confirmation email) and details of the piece you would like to return or exchange and your reason for doing so.
• We will write back to you with a return authorization and further details on how to process your return or exchange. We will also coordinate a courier pick-up for your piece.
• Please pack all pieces with all tags intact, in their original packing. If the original tags have been removed or tampered with, we won’t be able to process your return. Once we have received the item, we will check it to make sure it is in good condition and eligible for returns. Thereafter, we will send the alternative piece. (after deducting the applicable shipping charges).
D) LIST OF NON EXCHANGABLE PRODUCTS
• Accessories, including jewelry, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear etc.
• Custom made and Made to order products.
• Orders placed using store credit
• Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse
• Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you
• Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion organized by MAALGAADi
• Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
E) IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at email@example.com
• MAALGAADI reserves the right to determine whether an item is in good condition, and eligible for exchange. If the returned product in our sole judgment does not fall in the good condition and has been used or damaged before the return. We reserve the right not to refund any money paid by you for the product.
