When we first opened the doors to MAALGAADi, we had no idea what we were truly building. Yes, it looked like a store — eclectic, moody, full of texture — but what grew inside those walls was something deeper. A feeling. A sense of being seen, of coming home to a place where design had soul.
We laughed a lot in that space. We met people who felt like kin. We discovered artists who made us believe in magic again. And somewhere between the chaos of deliveries and the quiet of handpicking pieces one by one, we found ourselves.
Closing our physical doors wasn’t easy — it was the end of a beautiful chapter. But the spirit of MAALGAADi? It never left. If anything, it’s become clearer, bolder, and more rooted in purpose.
